This shop only offers one name dish which is called cha gio by Southern residents; however, it is always crowded. This is such an ideal place for workers from the same office or family members to get together.
Unlike Ha Noi or Sai Gon nem dish, this shop's nem dish is marine crab nem originated from sea near the area of Hai Phong. All is strange, from flavor to processing method. Nem is as big as a hand, inside of its is flavorful fresh marine crab, meat, scrimps, eggs, etc. A square nem is put beside a round source dish looking like a clever hint of the match betwen ground and sky. Many black wooden table sets without cover cloth on the surface make prominent many dishes, white bowls and especially the main dish of such shop, i.e flovorful marine crab nem dish, green fresh vegetable dish, slim noodles as white as diamonds, source bowl looking so fascinating.
As the owner informs, nem is fried only when eating is required now that if it is made beforehand, nem cover is soft and cannot bring the appetite. Quietly taking a little noodles into the bowl, adding some vegetables and a nem, watering on it with source, you are not walking on the same road with experienced cheps but are meeting, once again, the magnificent of town, of gastronomy which has been upgraded to culture.
