Chi Nen noodle restaurant is situated in a small shortcut; however, it can attract so many people and now and then they come to find themselves brand new feeling. As far as we are concerned, soup plays a very important role in noodle dish. Without it, this kind of food, to some extent, lacks its fascination. And the owner of this restaurant has informed that boned is stewed in a big soup pan with a time of 8 hours, from 20 P.M to 4 A.M, the other day. After that, some spice is added until soup becomes delicious and is able to suit all flavors. That is the very secret that, at least indirectly, contributes to success of this place.
