Long Hoa is one of the well-known luxurious, decent restaurant in Da Lat. The majority of customers once coming to Da Lat, as always, visits Long Hoa and try dishes offered here.
Some specialties listed in the menu include sour sweet fried squid, fried rice with garlic, mixed hot pot, baked deer meat, mixed fried vegetable, fried bread, milk cream soup and the most particular – rolled salad. Besides, there are such dishes for dessert as yoghurt, flan cake, fruits.
Above all, the restaurant offers a kind of wine named Long Hoa strawberry which is stored and processed in the home cellar so its flavor is unique, in comparison with others. In reality, this wine is only served in the restaurant or is brought home as a present but is not widely sold in the market. Only with 15,000 VND for one glass, you can easily try it in your meal and get your body warmed up.
