Doco is a brand name – a combination between advanced Donut cake and coffee which exists in Vietnam for the first time.
Donut cake is round, made from bread flour and other additional ingredients. There can be holes or no hole in the middle part of Donuts. The holed ones are covered with chocolate or cream and simultaneously decorated with colorful ingredients. The unholed ones often have center made from jam or cream.
Depending on the creation of the cake maker, donuts have many different flavors such as black chocolate, milk chocolate, strawberry, orange, green tea, coconut.
Donuts are sweet, flavorful and soft thank to the process of fermentation. When eating and sucking the cake in mouth, you feel like it is melted inside. The flavor of chocolate, cream, jam together makes specific deliciousness. Particularly, it is better when you have it with coffee.
It can be used at high or low temperature. If you want to heat the cake, put it in a micro oven for only 8 seconds. Donuts originate from America and these days are popular all over the world. In those Western countries, people have to stand in a long line and wait for their turns to get the cakes at Donut shops.
Doco technology is brought from Singapore. Standardized process of strict production guarantees the high quality and compatibility of each cake. Many kinds of coffee and beverages of Doco also follow standard recipe, by using which the quality of drinks is high.
In these recent years, many Asian countries have witnessed ‘donuts craze’ when more and more shops offering this cake emerged. Donuts have first come to Vietnam and are offered in the first shop of Doco at 47 Hang Bong, Hanoi.
