Long Son pagoda

This is the biggest of twelve pagodas in Nha Trang city. Long Son pagoda is situated right in city center, Quoc lo 1A street, and beside hon Trai Thuy.

Hon Trai Thuy includes three pagodas: Long Son pagoda is on the moutain leg, Hai Duc pagoda is on mountain and Buu Phong pagoda is on the south.

Visiting Nha Trang, you will easily discover hon Trai Thuy due to its appearance and the existance of giant Kim Than Phat To statue on summit.

This pagoda was built at the end of 19th century and followed modern style in 1940. Although it has a new look with very nice design, it can still keep some features of mystery, solemnity. That is because there is a combination between artistic struture and natural sight.

Also, Long Son pagoda is one of famous landscapes of Nha Trang city.

Hon Chong

It is located in Nha Trang city, an ideal place for gazing at the sea and taking a rest. No wonder Hon Chong is the only, suitable one to meet your requiries. That consists of two big rocks: one on the seashore and one on the sea. So, in short, we call it : Hon Chong (Husband rock) and Hon Vo (Wife rock).

Hon Chong is an area where there are a wide range of rocks. From the big one, through the medium to the small one with all shapes and sizes. They stay here as if there was someone’s hand to put them in sequence. You can see many parts of rocks. This rock lies on the other and all of them create a miraculous scenery that looks like a funny “picture arranging” game. And the most weird is that there is a rock that is as big as a small building appearing on the highest point of land. Its rather flat side points at sea and is printed with a giant hand mark. It looks as if someone left this mark a long time ago.

From what is said in legend, once upon the time, there was a giant man coming here for sightseeing and inaccidentally, he saw many femail angles having a bath. This was such an attractive sight to be noticed that he didn’t realize that he had fallen from the clift. Amazingly, he tried his best to grab mountain’s slope but that seemed to get no success. As a result, a part of moutain collapsed with a big hand mark of giant man on it.

Let Slope

Let Slope is situated in Ninh Hoa seashore, about 50 kilometers apart from Nha Trang city on the north. There are many high sand hillocks in white color that creates the most miraculous feature for this land.

Getting away from sand hillocks, you will reach a beautiful beach with white soft sand surrouding you. Sea water is pure and clean, coming wave is always ready to welcome its customers.
